Membership Fees are non-refundable. Unless otherwise specified, Corporate and Sponsor Level Membership belongs to an organization, not to an individual, and therefore, is not transferable to an employee who may leave the organization. Registration Fees are nonrefundable; however, if the cancellation is received before 3 days of the event, a credit voucher for a future event will be issued. No credits will be given to no-shows and to individuals cancelling within 3 days of the event.
